Conference Registration Fee – Details

All conference participants must pay the registration fee. For each paper/poster, at least one author must attend and pay the registration fee. Delegates can choose any of the options given below to participate at the Conference.

Pre - Registration

In view of the outbreak of COVID-19, a new Pre-registration option is considered for attending the conference.

In pre-registration mode, you initially register as a Virtual speaker and pay the registration fee for Virtual attendance. An Invitation Letter will also be issued to support your visa application to attend the Conference. If travel limitations are removed by the time of the Conference, and you are interested in physically joining the event, you can change your presentation mode to Oral or Poster presentation by paying the extra fee required for Regular registration.

Alternatively, you will have the option to shift to another upcoming conference. A list of upcoming conferences in the field of Education are as follows:

CANCELLATION POLICY

Mindful of the unprecedented nature of the current environment due to COVID-19, we have updated our cancellation policy to better accommodate the needs of our participants. Should you be unable to attend the event in person, you will be given the option of either (1) joining online as a virtual participant, or (2) receiving credit that you can use towards attendance of another conference by ACAVENT or the same conference the following year.
