The official Germany currency is Euro; One Euro consists of 100 Cent.

If you are taking prescription medication, we recommend that you bring enough to last your entire trip. Berlin Brandenburg Airport (BER) is the main international airport serving Berlin, opened in 2020.

It replaced Tegel and Schönefeld and now handles all commercial flights to and from the city.
